I just wanted to say I`m a big fan of your mom`s and your books. Here in the U.S.A it is so hard to find her Pern books though, but I have managed to read 5 of them. I was so happy when Dragon`s Kin came out, I was always curious about Whers because the other books don`t tell much about them. Keep up the great work on the books!

I’m glad you liked Dragon’s Kin. As for watch-whers, the book only scratched the surface and my appetite’s whetted to know more. A bit more is told in Dragonsblood, which I’m revising even now, but I think there’s room for more tales on watch-whers yet.

If you’re having problems finding Mum’s books, my I suggest you try her website (annemccaffrey.org)? Not only does she have a complete list, but I believe she’s got a link to amazon.com that’ll let you order books from them directly.
