Apparently Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum novel, One for the Money is actually being made into a film.
I’m curious to see how they handled it.

Dear Todd,
I was quite surprised to see the movie for “One for the Money” as well. It had better be good (I like Ms. Heigl) but I hope they didn’t touch the text too much, (although that 1st book was quite brutal). I came upon Ms. Evanovich at book #15 and couldn’t help but go all the way back to the beginning and read every durn book. I infected my sister-in-law too. I have put off Book 17 and 18 while re-reading “The Lady”, Vonda McIntyre and Joan D. Vinge. It pleases me a great deal to hear that your Mom was a wonderful Lady and mother. Who knew she was born and raised here in the U.S.? So cool. My favorite radio personality grew up in the outback MA and she is a crack. I hope this movie also delivers on a really great character.
