Hi,
Will there be a sequal to Nimisha’s Ship? I enjoy all of your mother’s books. I have read my copies many times. My favorites are the Talents, Pern, and The Ship who searched. I hope the enjoy the series for years to come.

Hi Cate!

Well, everyone’s begging for more Pern books, so it’s really hard to sneak in a sequel to Nimisha’s ship. Mum and I talked about sequels to it and have several in mind. Right now we’re busy with “Dragon’s Fire” (one of the sequels to “Dragon’s Kin”).

Cheers,
Todd

Recently I wrote to you regarding a project I am doing for my freshman class. Unfortunately I have learned that I must conduct such a meeting with the hero of my choice in person. I was wondering if this might be possibly. If it is, I will thank you very much indeed.

Thank you,

Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,

Well, how did you want to go about this? Did you want to meet at your college? Did your teacher want to meet me, too? I’m really curious about the course you’re taking and how you came to choose me for your project. I’m also quite surprised that your teacher wants you to conduct the interview in person, will the interview be on camera?

Cheers,
Todd

Just wanted to say I’m very impressed by your website. Most noteably the ‘blog’. It’s really nice to see your normal, every day comments. Authors are busy people, but I just like it when authors seem more approachable. Or maybe I just like to know abit aboutthe person behind the novel. That a deeper understanding to the book can be obtained, when you know a little about where the author is coming from. I hope that you will continue to write your ‘blog’ into the far future.

Hi Anneke!

Thanks for the compliment. My website is designed by virtualmagpie and they do good work!

Cheers,
Todd
